"These people are the worst. I needed Pylex stair stringers for a time-critical project. When I called, the salesperson told me they had plenty in stock (over 80) and that if I placed the order they would arrive in 3-4 days.

They lied, took me over the coals on shipping cost, and botched the order. Instead of supplying the items from stock, they had the manufacturer in Canada ship them to me by ground, despite that they charged me $90 for a 25 lb shipment that was purportedly from AZ to California. Their customer service was intransigent. Calling after 5 days they referred me to UPS tracking. They reaffirmed that they had more than enough units in stock, but decided to order 3 lots of 10 pairs from Canada. They would not change the order. They refused to discuss the shipping cost.

I would not purchase anything from these deceptive and careless people again. Their customer support is a mockery."
