Horrible experience

"I received a fridge about 3 months ago and it was damaged. Have been trying to get a new door from Best Buy / Geek Squad for 3 months!!! Tons of time and effort wasted. Yesterday they called and said that were a hour away at 2pm with a new fridge. I emptied mine out and waited and waited and waited. Nothing, no more calls, they never showed. I had to just sit there for hours with all of my stuff out on the counter waiting to put it back in the new fridge. I called the number back that they called from several times and no answer. They ****!"

"Best buy web store is the slowest and worst web store around. Not only will it lose your cart information, but it will not even put your order through after it tells you it did. There have been so many times I have wanted to throw the PC out the window due to the site. I have even tried to speak with the help desk staff. Not only do they know nothing, most can't even answer in normal English and their typing skills are even worse. Circuit City when in business was light years ahead of Best Buy. Best Buy needs to update their site to at least the year 2000, or more and more people will be leaving and then they will really go the way of the Dodo......."

"Will never shop Best Buy again. Ordered an external hard drive on line. Site showed it would ship in a few days. In a few days I got e-mail that it was backordered. A week later I got another notification, but that I could cancel if I wanted to. Tried, but order management system not working. Went to store. No help. Called customer service. They said they cancelled, but didn't. A month later, order management system still out of order, but they finally shipped. Apparently, only part of store that works is where they take your money."
