Have purchase order, but no serial number since item not delivered. Customer service has not returned 6 phone calls in 3 days to reschedule. On line email to a specific person unreturned 3 days. Local sales rep when called “I am off Saturdays or Fridays, and off today for Valentine’s Day so I cannot help you.
Repurchased at Coscto - price $605.00 less and 3 day delivery. No wonder Best Buy is losing business and closing stores. You have been warned."

"I ordered a refrigerator from Best Buy and their contractor's guys refused to bring it up the stairs to my house. I have spent days trying to get a credit for the sale and for the Best Buy Plus. On the phone I was told the day that the delivery was not done that I would need to wait a few days and talk to someone. Well when I try to do that I have a hold time of 44 minutes to talk to an agent.
I purchased the same refrigerator from Lowe's and paid less and the following business day their contractor, Mersk, showed up with their truck and the fridge and within 30 minutes it was inside my kitchen.
Best Buy in the past provided exceptional service but those days are over as management wants to save money on people regardless of the impact on their customers. "

"Wanted to cancel my Geek Squad renewal. First finding the location on their website to do this is near impossible. Finally, after locating the page to cancel my contract they will not accept a Discover card to credit contract balance to. Instead, I needed to call a 1-800 number and work with tech support to cancel my contract. They also said I had to pay $100 (which I have to mail to them) to cancel the service contract because they do not accept Discover. They are more than happy to charge the cost of the contract to a Discover card but do not refund to same. Also, phone connection to the Service department was atrocious. It kept breaking up requiring me to repeat myself multiple times and have the service individual repeat instructions multiple times. My advice is to avoid Best Bup at all costs. They are very unhelpful and not customer friendly. If I could give less than one star I would."
"Complete order was never delivered and part of the order delivered was a open box, when requested to be replaced they asked us to do go to the store. We refused to drive 1hr back and forth as we did not failed. They charged our credit card regardless, box still at my garage. Went to PC Richard and bought everything again, better price and service quality. "
