I've also called Customer Service which has a message to send an email then hangs up.

"Unlike some here I received my item after 4 months (AirPod pro) but after comparing the quality and packaging to a pair I own I suspected it was a knock-off…can’t prove that. The company agreed to refund me and issued a return number. I sent via registered mail over 2 months ago and still no return. Let my $250 lesson be a warning to you all. I sent 5 emails, none of which ever were responded to. Had to cancel my credit card and get a new number.

Since then I've started using "virtual" account numbers - they're free to generate and only work for 1 merchant. Lesson learned!"

The store claims that they use Authorize.net -or- E-gold to verify your credit card, yet, from what I experienced, this site is highly suspecious for its possible fraudulent activity.
