"Item was shipped promptly and arrived earlier than expected. The factory carton was used as the shipping carton and it did not provide enough protection for the Peerless JCT-WB44E TV cart. All three of the metal shelves had one bent corner that could not be assembled until it was straightened out. The damaged corners caused the powder coating or paint to flake off because of the bending that had occurred. I still assembled the cart for use because I could not wait for another to be shipped and deal with an exchange. I don't know if the shelves were damaged before or after UPS received my order so I don't really know if this damage occurred during shipping. At $155 delivered for the JCT-WB44E wide body cart and the optional ratchet strap this is a great deal. I don't know what could be done to prevent the damaged goods I received."
