" Absolutely horrid experience. I found my item for less. What they sent me was not the listing advertised and worth significantly less in value. After expressing concern, they issued me several emails, but they were all addressed to another individual. I sent them a picture for verification, but they said that they could not open a file more than 3MB. They agreed to a full refund twice; then, they imposed a refund at 70% purchase price stating that I keep the wrong item. What a scam! They never allowed me an opportunity to return item and bilked me for the difference. All of this occurred within the window of their 30 day return policy guarantee.
They still advertise the original item I ordered even though they do not have it in stock. If my experience with one of their support staff is any indication, much of their inventory is out of stock, and the business itself has no credible way of actually knowing what it has because BestOffer draws from a pool of independent sellers to fill their orders. Customer service is nothing more than a protracted quagmire of doublespeak, lies, and unethical business practices. The end result of this purchase is now a PayPal claim for fraud and misrepresentation. Then, they had the unmitigated audacity to lie on the customer complaint form changing my complaint of wrong item to slight color variation.
BestOffer.Com is a dublicious, unscrupulous seller who feels insulated from customer compensation because they are located across the world. Lesson learned: Never buy from internet stores outside the United States because there is little accountability or buyer protection. My BestOffer is to run from this company. "
