Interesting tidbits for you.

The FedEx tracking number arrived first, the next day after ordering.
Later it showed 2 days to go from one city to another about 15 miles away. Slow truck or maybe they walked it over?

The UPS tracking number arrived after the packages.
There were 2 same day deliveries as he couldn't find the second package until clearing the truck somewhat. That happens.

Having installed a lot of equipment in many different carriers and seen the operation from the inside, I'm always amazed at what they do. Hub operations are wild!
And trust me when I say, if something is really, really, really important, take it yourself ! The main goal at a hub is to get the stuff out of there. Breakage ? That's what insurance is for !"
