"Ordered on 12/2 withdrew the money right away received tracking no. On 12/6 package did not ship until 12/13 now it's 12/19 and still no package! I hope the reviews are wrong. I found this site on the 1saleaday.com and their service is great. I buy a good deal of stuff on online, but this is scaring me! I will update
Update:Received the Asus Transormer on 12/20 the outer box was damaged but the tablet is packaged in a foam lined box and is in good condition. The unit looks new other than a small stick on label saying that its referb. Came upgraded with 4.03. The web reviews for this item are pretty much correct so read them. As for Ben's Outlet- They did what they claimed they would do. Support answered as claimed. Just remember free shipping is slow! And they don't referb they sale and ship. If I had one complant would be the time it took them to ship from the order date. But come on a $500 top of the line tablet for less than $280! I think its about the deal!!!!"

after waiting for about 18 days (Dec 4 to Dec 21), i received my package.
As per Store - the order processing takes 6 business days.
The shipping/delivery took 9 days.
** i didnt receive reply to my inquiry/mails prior to writing the review; but i received call from cust. care right after writing a review here. strange.
They gave a $10 store credit after apologizing to the delay and misscommunication/lack of communication."
"I ordered a Nook in Nov and it took a while to recieve but I did get it. So I talked my Father into purchasing one for another kid in the family. I ordered on Dec 4th the shipping info came on the 10th! It is now the 19th and it still has not shipped! This is a Christmas present for a kid and it may not make it in time!! I am freaked! I will NEVER buy from this co again! They will not return emails and you can't call them like a real co!"
"I ordered something a week ago (7) days and the website says it is still processing. After sending an email I was informed that I could refuse the delivery and get a refund. The problem is that I don't want a refund, I want what I ordered. Why can't they give me a delivery date? Even a vague one would be nice. "12/13/2012 After reading a lot of the reviews i realize Ben's Outlet is the worst. It seems the same problems arise frequently. Sometimes if your lucky they get your order right but on the big name items you can forget it. I ordered two asus transformer tablets and despite the shipping taking forever, i over-looked it being that its free and it was a great deal. I thought the deal was too good to be true and i was right. I got the first tablet and it did not charge!!! Although i ordered the second tablet 2 days after the first, it has yet to come. Its been 14 days (10 business days) still no tablet.
Although the customer service is friendly, they're only friendly when its convenient. Sometimes it seems they send you emails as a stall for time. Hoping the items you order will ship out before the three days they promise to get back to you in. They says 1-3 days but you can bank on 3. And their constantly lying. They say they've shipped the order out but they haven't. They make the tracking label but they don't ship the package out for up to 10days.
Many of there items are refurbished but they don't check to make sure they work!!! Those people are crooks. If there is a birthday coming up and you need a present you have to order it way in advanced and hope its functioning. I would have paid more to have my tablets on time and working."
"I have liked Ben's outlet until this most recent purchase for a birthday present. I received an email that the item shipped on December 5th. One week later, the UPS representative has no item matching the tracking number provided by Ben's outlet. I have repeatedly emailed Bens outlet with no response. I have spent $$ without receiving a product and am now rushing to find an alternative gift for my niece's 16th birthday. I am disappointed and frustrated. I will pass the word to all my online shopping friends."
"DO NOT use this vendor. I have placed my order well over a month ago and have not received my item. On two different occasions I have reached out to customer service and they have apologized for the delay and have provided me with two different UPS shipping numbers with a request to allow 72 hours to show movement. When i looked up the UPS numbers it says that the shipping label has been printed and they are awaiting the package to be provided by the vendor. It has now been 6 days since the last tracking number was provided and the UPS is still waiting for Ben's Outlet to prove them with the package. Unlike all other website where I purchase material, this website does not offer any way to track your package. So you just have to wait until they send you an email with the tracking number. There is no communication from the vendor if there is any sort of delay in shipping. I would have been fine if they sent me a message saying there are some shipping delays and it will take longer to receive my purchase than expected. Over a month after I made my purchase I still don't know what happened to my order. Good thing i paid via Paypal and they refunded my money. I will never use this vendor again and will advise everyone i know not to use it. The lack of communication is what drove me crazy."
"Ordered the Toshiba thrive bundle, everything was Toshiba retail packaging and came to me in great shape. Had a question about shipping and received an e-mail from customer service with tracking number and contact person if I had any questions.

"Buyer Beware, I bought a Google Android 7" Touchscreen Color WiFi Tablet & E-Reader w/ Android 2.0 OS, SD Card Expansion Slot & More! This is the 4th one I bought & this one never worked at all and have written them 6 times since December 1, 2012 with no refund, no response & no replacement. I also bought a Wii with Wi sports but the games never came was told I get $10.00 credit & never got that either. They are theifs please save your money & go elsewhere. I will never buy from them again. These were gifts for Christmas & I can't believe they just ripped me off. If anyone knows how to report them please email me & I will. Thank you. Chuck

"I ordered 2 Intelli UFO II Electric RTF Remote Control Helicopters on 11/18. Had an early Christmas Sat. Dec 1 and my nephew absolutely loved it. As a matter of fact, even the adults want one! I think I am ordering a few more. They are so cool, with colored lights, brings out the kid in everyone. Though I do appreciate the free shipping, it took 12 days to get and luckily came 1 day before our family Christmas."
