"Ordered a belt buckle on 10/24. Contacted when it was to ship no response emailed no response so now opened a dispute with PayPal. Unfortunately the belt buckle was what I wanted but will look elsewhere"

"I ordered a buckle that looked amazing on the site. During checkout I realized the total cost with shipping was over $80. Looking back at the cost layout, that was a $20 shipping charge. I figured the belt weighted a lot and was made from premium materials. Upon arrival i realized that was NOT the case. The buckle looked cheap and didn't even function well. I returned the buckle and discovered the shipping back only cost $5 AND I was not refunded shipping. Terrible products, terrible customer service, and the reason why people shouldn't shop online."

After reading reviews here about bad service, I was hesitant to order from them in a rush for my wedding. Before ordering, I contacted customer service to make sure that they could both fulfill my order and ship in time for my wedding. They responded within a day to say they have been under new management and new customer service since January 2013.
"Ally" was very helpful and communicated with me throughout the process to make sure I'd get everything in time. She told me when they got the order, when they completed making the belts, and when they were shipped. I got them a day earlier than expected.
I had a great experience and would highly recommend them."

"I placed an order with their company on a Thursday, September 27th. It is now October 9th and I still haven't received my order, or updates whether it shipped. Prior to this current order, I placed another order earlier which arrived on time. I emailed their company (October 3rd) concerning why this current order is taking so long to process, which they were not prompt in responding, I waited a few days for a response. I then received a response which read as:
"I'm sorry for the delay, our orders have been taking some time to process lately. If you have any questions, please feel free to email or call."
This response doesn't really answer much of my question via e-mail. Other than, "taking some time to process." That was also the only question I needed answering concerning why my order was taking such a long time. Also, the item I ordered wasn't customized, but rather a simple belt buckle.
This will be my last order with this company. I advise others to be wary when ordering from them.
