Pay and No Go

"Ordered a chair on May 9th did not receive it. Checked my Paypal and did not see the deduction. Ordered it again on May 31th and still have not received it. They have been paid twice and I have nothing. The customer non service will give you a nose bleed. When a chat is viewed as help and appreciated as hope, and then no response is received falling off a cliff seems like fun. This is by far the biggest blemish on the internet. It is unbelievable that the 2 companies have shell game going on and are supported by Amazon and Paypal. "

Received defective item but customer service supervisor made it right

"Delivery took longer than one month so I contacted the company and they shipped a chair shortly thereafter. Unfortunately, the chair did not function properly and needed to be replaced. They sent a replacement part, but it was not that straightforward to repair. There was a significant amount of confusion between customer service reps along the way, but a very helpful customer service supervisor made it right and ended up sending a replacement chair free of charge."

Great customer service (and prices too!)

"I recently ordered an 5 executive office chairs. Unfortunately, one was damaged upon arrival. I was fully expecting to have to have some sort of disagreement about fault with the company. However, when I relayed what happened to them, they sent out a replacement chair right away. I was floored by the response and was very satisfied with the outcome, needless to say. I had purchased another chair from them in the past, and there was no problem with that purchase whatsoever. Now I know they have the best prices and the best customer service!"

Excellent Customer Service!

"I ordered several office chairs, and a salesman contacted me before placing the order to confirm I knew what I was ordering. Sure enough, I'd overlooked something, and wasn't ordering what I actually needed. The Salesman, Robert, then worked with me to figure out what I needed, what my budget was, and then ultimately ended up finding me something that was actually far better than what I had ordered in the first place! Very pleased with Incite Seating!"

Very Pleasently Pleased!

"We ordered a large reception station from Incite Seating. Then I realized we hadn't read up on any off their reviews. After reading some of the previous reviews, I was pretty scared we might not ever get it, or if there were any problems we might not get a hold of anyone. The next day my husband called on Thursday to see if anyone would answer, and to verify how many they had in stock so we would know in advance if there might be problems or delays. A gentleman answered right away, and also was willing to verify how many they had in their inventory of the item we purchased to be sure we didn't need to be concerned. He said it should arrive by the following Wednesday. We were pleasantly pleased that and excited that it arrived by the following Monday! The desk arrived in great shape and great protective packing. It was made well and as advertised. Was easy enough to put together. Looks beautiful! Only thing I added was 2 small clear rubber floor pads on the inside of each of the center doors because when you shut the doors they banged shut a bit. But adding the little small rubber door pads took care of that no problem, and were very inexpensive. It's now been 3 months and everything is working great. Not sure if there has maybe been new management since the older bad reviews? As of now, we would definitely order from them again."

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM WEBSITE! INCITE SEATING/BELLA Seating

"They took my order. I waited for over 3 weeks for a confirmation and they charged my debit card when the order was placed. Another month went by. Finally by luck I got to a customer service rep who cancelled my order and sent a confirmation by email. They said it would take 5 business days to get the credit to my account. It is now close to 15days and no money. I am referring this to the Virginia States Attorney, Federal Trade Commission and may file a small claim court complaint. "

Total Scam of a Website

"They had the chairs that I was looking for at a cheaper price than anywhere online and then offered me a discount code. I completed the transaction and then the website basically went blank. No chat option, no customer service. I did not receive an order confirmation and so I knew something was fishy. And sure enough it's a total scam. I have to wait for the transaction to clear in Paypal before I can dispute it."

Stay Clear Away From This Company!!!!! SCAM

"If I could give a 0/5 I would. I have never received my product yet my card has been charged and money removed from my account with no confirmation of shipment. When I have tried to call or email, I get no response. It appears as a SCAM!!! I have already requested my bank investigate. Beware, they are also running under other suspicious names such as Bella Seating, Incite Seating and others. do your research. Con artists are getting good as disguising themselves. BEWARE!!!!!! Go to Lamps Plus they sell the same chairs just a little more expensive, but if you want to get your merchandise it is worth it. "

"Their website is horrible gave us horrible info on how many chairs were sold per price. After I received the wrong amount of chairs they didn't even care about it or care to help me. Took about 3 weeks for the chairs to get to me they didn't respond to phone calls or emails either. Very disappointed "

"This company should not be in business. Never place an order with them! My product was back-ordered so I was given an estimated ship date and told I would be notified when it shipped. Never heard about any updates despite multiple phone calls and emails. They do not communicate with their customers. I finally received my product about 3 months after ordering it. They'd taken payment 2.5 months earlier. Stay away."
