"I loved my pager, and everything was fine for a while. But they totally screwed up my billing. They were supposed to charge my credit card for my service each month. After three months with no charges, I contacted them. They told me they would correct it. Three months later I contacted them again, and again was told that they would correct it. Finally, 11 months after buying the pager, they disconnected my service. When I called them they told me I would have to pay for "the year of free service you have received" before they would turn it back on. "
