"I ordered some home office furniture and even though there were slight delays due to the impact of COVID Jodeth kept me informed & updated on my order status the entire time. The white-glove service was great as the delivery crew were prompt within the arrival window they provided and were really efficient piecing the furniture together - testing all drawers, etc. to ensure nothing was damaged. VERY HAPPY with the purchase and would definitely visit their site again for future purchases!"
"The service was alright. The website was down so we called. The representative Jason did well. Though he left me on hold for long periods without explaining why he needed to. He also made a mistake on his end which caused us to restart the ordering process.
After taking my payment and charging my card, despite telling me there would be no charge until the item was scheduled to ship, I later received a call telling me they had doubled my expected shipping time! This was outrageous. There was no attempt to compensate me for the extra wait time and an aggressive push for me to just accept this and wait for twice as long as the already lengthy wait time originally quoted.
In short, if you are willing to deal with difficult service, pushy sales reps, and may want a furniture in half a year but want to pay for it now then this is the business for you.
However, if you want any kind of reasonable service, stay clear."
