Very happy, ordering was easy, delivered right to my door, drug it in and managed to get it on the bed before I cut away the shrink wrap. No smell, filled out pretty quick, slept on it that night. "Installation" was about as easy as you could have made it although be warned that a king size mattress weighs around 115 pounds. Within 5 minutes of placing the mattress on the base and opening the package it was ready to be used. Overall we are very satisfied."
