Purchase of Nikon Z50

"I purchased a Nikon Z50 camera with two lenses from Bedford Camera in Little Rock. My initial call to Brandon to inquire about a D7500 camera kit was very informative since that camera is being discontinued. Brandon recommended the Z50 model which I asked him to hold until we could drive to Little Rock from Ruston to buy the kit. Upon arrival, Kathy was very helpful and knowledgeable of the Z50 and lenses and made our trip worthwhile. I have been a Nikon user for many years now and have found the cameras and lenses to be of highest quality, rugged, and more than capable of taking the photos I take. I purchased my first Nikon D60 from the Little Rock Bedford store in 2008, 15 years ago! That camera is still taking good photos, although I passed it along to my wife. Now she will get the D5100 which, by the way, Kathy got working again when I bought the Z50.
Thank you for an excellent buying experience and another excellent Nikon camera.

Excellent Experience

"I was in the market to upgrade my camera and I spent two hours in the Springfield store with Isaac and Mary Lou and they could not have been more helpful and kind in answering questions and explaining information about several items I was interested in. The time and knowledge and personal care they offered is exactly why I chose to shop local for my camera and lens and accessory items. I appreciated all the photography information they shared and look forward to future photography classes and time to visit the store again. Thank you for a wonderful experience!"

Focused Customer Service

"Every time I visit Bedford's, I am greeted cheerfully and given all the attention I need for my purchases or questions. So far I have never had a bad experience and I have dealt with several employees! I have everything I need for my Canon T6i and M50 cameras and I still go back just to make sure. Their knowledge and price-matching make this store my favorite when shopping for any photography equipment."

Better than the big dudes in NY .... by a mile !!!

"I live just outside NYC and have access to all the photo equipment selling giants....... but will forever ONLY do business with these fine folks . A few months ago I was searching for a new Nikon D850 and found one on their website at 2 a.m. EST ( I believe midnight in Tulsa) . I emailed frantically and then called ( assuming I would leave a message for the next morning ) .... but the EVP picked up ...and to make a long story short ...I had my camera in hand in two days . I just decides to purchase another and emailed Steve direct and should have it by the end of the week ! It is not just their customer service that surpasses all others ....it is their genuine interest in meeting your needs . I have never had a "follow up" call or email from the NYC stores ( after 35 years of loyalty) ...but I get constant updates and "check-ins" from these guys !!! Will never do business with any other business...ever !! AND I am a walking billboard for them on the East coast !!!!"

Black Friday saales

"Went to Bedfords Camera in Ft Smith Ar. to replace a 10 year old point and shoot camera. My wifes old point and shoot had died on Thanksgiving. We have not looked at cameras for a while. Started talking to Tomas, one of the sales people about a Nikon D3400 package as a replacement that was on sale. It offers the point and shoot mode plus you can go manual and play with the system. I used to take photos on a semi-professional level back in the late 80's and a lot has changed since then. My wife went with the D3400 system and I decided to get the D7200 system to replace an old D70 that had died a while ago because it offers a few more options than the D3400. We had planned to check out the camera in store then buy online to save the taxes, but, Tomas's attitude and friendly casual way of explaining the systems prompted us to buy right then and there. Plus they offered SD cards free with the packages and in store classes to help you learn what the camera will do. Can't get that online."

Vacation Preporation

"I am not very Photo Literate, and on my way for an 11 day river cruse in Europe I stopped at Bedford camera. I was assisted with purchase of a new camera, by manager Rick Orrell. This Canon camera was compact and provided me with the access to many memories when I returned home."
