Then they said it was in the same package as the product I did receive but could not explain why that product was not listed on the shipping statement which was enclosed in the package.

I do not think they even have the product.

Fortunately, the item was only a trivial amount of money and I had my bank cancell their charge.

"They have a great selection. They also have even better prices if you buy from them directly rather than their Amazon store. However if there is a shipping problem they are not helpful at all. Yes, it does say that they aren't responsible for return shipping, but I would think that is if I get buyers remorse, used it and tried to return it or just didn't like it. However, they gauranteed 2 day shipping. I did not recieve it in 2 days.

The Post Office said they attempted delivery, but they didn't. My guess is that it was 7pm and the driver wanted to go home on a hot summer day. The post office almost said they delivered it the next morning, they didn't. So I went and rented a steam cleaner because I couldn't bear another day with bedbugs. I called Bedbugsupply on thursday, friday, saturday and monday. Each day they said the return shouldn't be a problem becuase it was not openned. However, it was a problem, they wanted me to pay a restocking fee, for a product I didnt even open. They went and "met me halfway" by not charging a restocking fee but I need to pay return shipping.

Long story longer, BedbudSupply owner "Randy" and Supervisor "Ephram" curse and yelled at me. They said, "They dont have time for this ****". The post office was will to help me out by saying I refused the package and just write "returned to sender" and the post office wouldn't charge me or them. However, as per Randy at BedBugSupply, "Thats not our policy and becuase of insurance you have to send it to their Florida location or else their is a high possibilty of my not getting [my] refund". So, now, I paid $60 to return it to their Florida loactaion.

These people are charlatans and scammers and hustlers. They will present a smile and happy face while taking your money, but the moment you want it back they will treat you like trash, yell and curse at you."

"I purchased two SafeRest "bed bug proof" pillow protectors from Bed Bug Supply. However, they are not bed bug proof. Why is a bed bug supply company selling a product that is advertised as bed bug proof, but isn't?

The end of the zipper on the SafeRest pillow protector sold by Bed Bug Supply does not have a velcro closure or any type of extra layering of fabric to prevent bed bugs from crawling in and out where the zipper closes. You can see this for yourself if you look for pictures of this product taken by customers.

Apparently, SafeRest's mattress encasement has a "Bed Bug Proof 360° Secure Zipper™ Feature" (as shown on the mattress encasement page on the Bed Bug Supply site), but it's definitely not on their pillow protector.

I am returning the product, but the original shipping cost will be deducted and I have to pay to return it. I feel like I shouldn't have to pay this because they shouldn't be selling a product that claims to be bed bug proof, but isn't. I trusted that it was when I ordered and then found out it wasn't. "
