"I placed an order for 2 very expensive products. I called and talked to the owner, Heaven, and asked for samples. She promised to include samples and charged my card. It took 23 days to get my order WITHOUT samples. After 7 phone calls and several emails, I had to beg for samples while waiting almost a month to receive my order. I called to resolve to issue only to get more excuses from Heaven and Becky. I finally got my order 23 days later and had to call AGAIN about the damaged samples. Don't waste your time and money begging for what your bought. Buy from Amazon and get free shipping in 2 days. Waiting almost a month after I have paid my order is a rip off. It was a fight to get my complete order. Save yourself the fight and don't buy from beautystoredepot.com. They will lie to buy about your order and good luck getting it. Bad decision to save a little money. Lesson learned. "

"A day after ordering, I just received a notice that my items will not ship for 7-10 days and will not arrive for 2-5 days AFTER that. When I inquired as to why, I was told they were out of stock.
