"What a HORRIBLE place to do business. They didn't ship my full order although they charged me for it. I tried to contact them 3 times! Never a single response. I will dispute the charge and NEVER EVER do business with this company. I recomend that you don't either! They don't even have a phone number only a stupid aol email address for complaints!"

"DO NOT ORDER FROM BEAUTY ROSE!
I am another disappointed customer of Beauty Rose. I too am sorry I didn’t read these reviews prior to ordering from this unlawful outfit. I ordered three of the same product one of which was delivered while the other two were placed on backorder – never to arrive. I have been charged for all three items and after countless e-mails to Beauty Rose, I have not received a single reply, the outstanding products or a refund. I am out of pocket and of product.

"I read the reviews for this site a little too late. Everything written here is true. I odered a product on the 4th and still no followup email, no call or phone number to contact them, no tracking number...nothing...oh and no package!! BEWARE!! i will never again trust any company not registered with the BBB again..This is sad."

"RETURNED THE SLIPPERS AND THEY NEVER RETURNED MY MONEY. I bought a pair of Nowali mocasins for my daughters birthday. When they arrived they were the wrong ones to which they replied:

Hi
We are sorry and we will re ship it
Thank You
2 weeks later I recieved:

Hi
We are sorry the item never came in
Thank you
I then returned the slippers -unopened- my daughters birthday well past, but my money was never refunded. It has been 6 months and 5 e-mails demanding my money back and I'm down to this- trying to let other people know not to buy from beautyrose. I'm so disappointed about the slippers and angry about the money.

"Wish I had read reviews of this company before I ordered. I ordered a Tweezerman Blush Brush on 2/18/10 and still have not received it. Today is 3/11/10. No response to e-mails. Does anyone have a phone number for them?

From my own experience DO NOT order from this company. It's worth paying some shipping charges especially since one would be able to track the order. The same time I placed this order I ordered from Land's End and Amazon and both my orders arrived within 2 days of placing them.

"I would NEVER order from this company again. The reason I ordered from them was to save a few dollars on shipping. They shipped me the wrong item, and there is no phone number to call them (had to rely on email correspondence). There response and response time was nill... I would have gladly paid for the shipping now knowing what type of service they deliver. The worst thing is that I shipping the item back requesting a refund and still haven't received it (and paid with a Visa gift card). Repeat - I would NEVER work with this company again. Avoid them at all costs!"

"DO NOT ORDER from them. They are horrible. I order something at the being of May. When I still didn't have it by the end of the month I told them to cancel the order. I received an email AUGUST saying they had shipped my order??? Who waits 3 months for face wash? The free shipping was NOT worth it. Other than shipping their prices are identical to other more reputable places. Go somewhere else... "

"I ordered this item on 7/7/09. The company said it was shipped on 7/10/09 via UPS. The UPS code they gave me came back as invalid. On 7/21/09 I contacted them, but received no response. I contacted my Master Card company and began a dispute for this charge ($1,170). The next day my package DID arrrive, but via USPS. The company did respond to contact my mail carrier. The care taken in packaging was good, but the inaccurate shipment information was confusing. I was unable to contact them by phone. I am pleased I received my item, as it is no longer being produced, but I will choose another vendor next time. This company is too hard to deal with. "

"I ordered from this company because of free shipping, but now I would gladly pay any shipping fees in exchange for customer service. My order did not ship within 24-48 hours as promised on their website. I emailed 3 days after placing my order and never received a response. The order did ship, more than a week after it should have, and not by the carrier promised. It arrived two weeks after the expected delivery date, and still no word from the company. I will never use them again."

"I have REPEATEDLY tried to contact Beauty Rose regarding an item I wanted to order. NO response whatsoever for either an instant message or email. I called information and there is no phone number listed. Since they refuse to list a phone # and do not answer emails, as most of you have stated, I think I'll spend my money elsewhere. Has anyone out there spoken to the Better Business Bureau regarding them? Good luck."

"I would NEVER shop with Beauty Rose again! I ordered the Marry Me Spanx from them on September 11th. On September 18th I was looking at my bank account and noticed a refund in the amount for the Marry Me Spanx posted that morning, so I went back to my shipping order and saw that they had canceled my order because they were no longer in stock.

I received no notice of my order being canceled and no correspondence from Beauty Rose at all! It took seven days for them to cancel my order and who knows if they would have ever notified me. It was lucky I noticed when I did because now there is a chance I can reorder them in time for the event I was ordering them for.

This is a TERRIBLE customer service practice. It does not take a week to realize an item is out of stock, nor is it reasonable to cancel an order based on their mistake and not notify the customers.

DO NOT SHOP WITH BEAUTY ROSE!!!

"Found my Joey NYC Calm & Correct moisturizer for the lowest price on this website. My order was processed and confirmed the day I ordered it online and then I received it the NEXT day. I am pretty impressed.
