"THIS PLACE IS AWFUL. I'm not exaggerating. I'D RATHER PAY MORE SOMEWHERE ELSE THAN BUY HERE AGAIN. This happened in 2010. Oct9: placed order. Oct13: received order. Oct19: emailed & sent back both pants, 1 for exchange another for return. Oct21: delivered to them. Oct27: nothing from them, emailed them asking what's happening/wrote back, other item was on back order & in next shipment, should get it in a week. Nov15: emailed asking what's happening. Nov18: replied, item was not in last shipment. Nov20: got money back for return. Dec14: emailed asking what's happening, what's the status on my exchange. Dec15: replied with the info from my original shipment, obviously didn't read the whole message/wrote back saying I returned original & waiting for exchange. Dec19&31: wrote them asking for full refund. It's Jan 3 & NO ONE HAS REPLIED.
Revision: I finally heard from them on Jan4(right after I posted my first negative review): apparently, my card was not refundable anymore(???), would I like a check/YES, I want a personal check. This situation has been terrible. I received the check, it's not a full refund but I'm glad I got anything back.

Was told 3 day ship. Order came six weeks later and it was not even the correct product. No contact information. Can't call them becaus the only number is a cell phone which states, "mailbox full".
