"Since you did not ask my comments on my experience at this store I will address that here. Anybody could come in your store and walk out with anything they want. There were two employees on duty and they were hard to find just to check out. Perhaps a big light that says Check-out would guide customers to the open checkout and an employee who’s job is to roam the floor would be appropriate, especially during low traffic periods. I do shop mostly at a store in Columbus, TX but, since there is no store near me, I will shop Bealls whenever I am visiting a larger town and I have been pleased with my shopping experiences in other Bealls. Also your questionnaire uses the term ‘this store’ to refer to a group of stores, ie Bealls. It is confusing whether you are evaluating Bealls or a particular Bealls store."
