"Bealls has always been one of my favorite stores to shop. The empoyees are always so nice and helpful. I have been shopping at Bealls for many years and have never had a bad shopping experience. There are a couple items that I would like to be able to find in store, New Balance Women's shoes and men's Levi 501's in light and dark, size 30x34 and 31x34. Other than that....keep doing what you're doing. The Texarkana store is unique as they exceed expectations in every way, every time. I appreciate them so much!!!"
"I went to Bealls to use my coupon I received in the mail. I picked out three shirts that were on clearance. The sales associate told me that I could not use my coupon that the clearance items were door busters. So I only purchased one shirt. I went looking through the store for items to use my coupon on. I came back with a pillow marked 14.99. I should have been able to use my $10 off coupon. The pillow rank up $7.49. She said you don't have enough to use coupon. I went looking for something else to get my total up to $10. I found a necklace on clearance. She said rudely, that won't work I looked all through the store. Everything I found ended with 8, which I couldn't use. The store was closing so I didn't have time to keep looking. I said all of this to say: IF YOU DON'T WANT ME TO USE YOUR COUPONS, DON'T SEND THEM TO ME!!!!!!"

"The sales associate Georgia was working in the children department. She was very rude when we walked up to be checked out. She seemed to have an attitude because we walked up to be checked out. She didn't greet nor thank me even after I said thank you when the purchase was complete. She looked at me and didnt say a word without smiling. I've never experienced this type of problem at this location. I'm not sure if she was having a bad day but working in retail a person has to interact with people constantly. Especially during the holidays. I'm not sure if the associate only acted this way towards me or others as well. But it was very unprofessional and if shes in the store again then I will not shop there. I have an account with Stage but will not continue to shop where I am treated poorly"

"TERRIBLE. All the associates were rude, and they left the plastic magnetic tag on my gift, so I have to drive all the way back to the mall to get it taken off. EXTREMELY INCONVENIENT. Associate was Zoe. Managers need to train their associates to check and double check items for the plastic security tags. It’s so annoying to get home and find them in clothing."
