"The manager in this store is very nice,BUT, yes, BUT, she is so loud. I told my clerk that I was embarrassed for her. The manager talks so loud that I know who’s in the store, who’s on break, what’s she’s having for lunch, why she ate that. I don’t knees to know all of their business and for a matter of fact I was a business owner, I particularly don’t want customers to know who’s on break and going where ever they go. Someone who might be wanting to steal, this would be a perfect situation. Not safe."

"I enjoy shopping here but think the manager does a very poor job in interacting with customers and employees in a professional and respectful manner. I have constantly seen and heard her complaining about her job and the lack of work her employees do. She yells around the store and is usually outside on a smoke break. Her employees look sad and unhappy. I usually ask when I'm shopping there where the manager is and they more frequently than not tell me that she went home already. Since the store switched managers the store is not as neat and I see the employees scrambling to get things down. I feel discouraged to shop here when she is in the store. I don't think she should be working with people."
