Coupons are confusing, which can be used on what products, etc. Didn't receive a bill last month and charged a $27 late fee on this month's bill, way too steep for postal error or even Stage's error as card had not been used in some time prior to last month's purchase. Such a high fee makes me reluctant to use card again."
