Horrible customer service Worst ever

"After ordering from this company for several years . I moved myself and My home business to another state . When I placed my order I filled out the new shipping address on the order page . Well instead of any notification telling me shipping billing must match they just automatically reverted to old shipping address to match the old billing address so they shipped to the wrong old address. My billing address was incorrect in the system my fault because i forgot to change it when the person I subcontract for opened a store location. I did go into account change in account section after the order. I order hundreds of things online and have never experienced a place where you can’t ship to different addresses and have two different addresses on your account. I emailed when I actually checked my order conf email about 30 hours later after midnight Sat(order waS placed around 8pm on friday. They called me early Sunday morning and said I had to type into notes to send to another adress when I said that the system wasn’t good becuase it didn’t tell me that when I placed the order, the woman started screaming at me and told me it was my fault becuse I didn’t immediately check email for order conf. Tried to say I waited two day to check my email and said I changed adrress after order. When I tried to explain yes I did that for future in acct settings, but i typed it in on the order page also and the order screen popped up confirmed with new adrress she woulnt stop screaming and she hung up on me. . I emailed her we would never use them again after conferring with the owner of the shop I was ordering for since she wouldn’ t answer the customer service #. She then emailed me calling me a liar. Customer service is supposed to help customers even if they make mistakes and especially if you have problem with their system. I found out I could pay extra to post office and they eould redirect my package ,. This wasn't even mentioned by beadcorp rep. Well its still not here so I went back to their email to get tracking , clicked on tracking # and it said I was forbidden .Its ok I know how to cut and paste but out of curiosity I tried to go to their website and was forbidden . How petty! The good news Ifound the same product $1 cheaper at CGM who has excellent quality customer sevice!, Beadcorp’s loss! But beware, if you want to be belittled unappreciated and screamed at for being a repeat customer, Bead Corp is the company!"

The VERY best around!

"I rarely write reviews, however after doing business with Beadcorp for over 10 years this is long overdue, along with my last order received last Friday which was amazing. As a long time designer as well, I do business with hundreds of companies. Aside from the personalized customer service, at Beadcorp, I'm always able to speak to one of the owners. They always goes over an beyond to explain sizing, plating differences, etc. I need and use items/ things of superb quality and need delivery in a timely fashion for which Beadcorp ALWAYS accommodates! If and when I have a size issue or if anything is not what I needed, I've even changed my mind their return area is so accommodating. Thank you Beadcorp. Sincerely,

Great Site, Easy to order from

"They have the best prices and selection on gold filled that I have seen anywhere. I have placed several orders through this company in the past few years, we have had a couple errors in our orders which has been fixed promptly by following there return form. Reading some of the reviews I would like to say, most of them are about a wrong item or returns, when I get a wrong item they have a return form to send it back on the form it says if it is there fault they will refund any return shipping you may pay to get the item back to them. If the item ordered was your error than they give you a choice on the form for a voucher with no restocking fee or a refund minus 10% restocking fee which is standard. As far as partial filled orders I get them from many jewelry finding vendors, it the nature of the jewelry industry. Honestly some of these reviewers on here sound like the type that can not be pleased no matter what unless you do exactly what they want and how they want it. "

THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

"I am a small non profit business who makes jewelry to fund nursing staff to be able to go on medical missions across the globe providing healthcare to humanity. I purchased $94 in material and when it came to me there were a few problems.

1. The sterling silver crosses I bought are hallow and there is no picture of the back of them so that you can see that. So they are cheap and too light to use for charms on bracelets.
2. I bought an ammodite and it was broken in 3 places on the back and glued together. That might be fine for someone simply wanting to use it on leather necklace, but I need it for a heavier gemstone beaded necklace.

When I tried contacting their customer service they were matter a fact that "it is usable and we checked it before packaging". They sent me a picture and it was of the front and not the back. The back has 3 cracks that all connect. It will fall apart as the glue wears out. I took detail photos and sent it to them. They replied with "it is usable". I am so so disappointed in their customer care. They obviously are not in business to provide high quality products with high quality customer service.

I will NOT be doing business with them ever and wish I had checked this site for their sellers rate.

Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever experienced!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS HORRIBLE EXCUSE FOR A BUSINESS!!!

"First off, they send the WRONG items more often than not. Almost every order is either missing something or the wrong item is sent. Most recently, they sent a completely incorrect item. I had paid extra for Priority Shipping because I needed it right away. When I contacted them I was told they would not send the correct item until I not only returned the incorrect item, but also paid for the shipping to return it at my own expense!!! Are you kidding me??? They refused to understand my side of the issue and when I told them to just forget it, that I wanted a full refund plus my shipping to return the correct item, they had the nerve to turn around and tell me they would charge a 10% re-stocking fee!!! Another time a wrong item was sent, they accused me of lying when I mysteriously never received the replacement. The lady I dealt with was extremely rude and has no idea how to talk to people - especially when you're a business speaking to a customer. This place has absolutely no business being in business and I cannot stress enough that you should not order from them! As a business owner myself, it takes a LOT for me to leave a bad review for a fellow business - but this place is more than deserving. If I could give negative stars it would be -100. I feel that strongly about the way they do things - even when it's THEIR fault they still manage to treat the customer like they've done something wrong AND try to profit from it with their 10% re-stocking fee!! Unreal."

Beware

"BEWARE!! The worse customer service I ever experienced! I ordered 70 beads, and they sent me 51. They did a partial refund. I wrote them, and told them I need all the beads, and that they should have contacted me before sending a partial order. They told me my receipt said 51 beads. They changed my order w/out notifying me. I made another order, and was issued a refund on that because they are out of that particular bead, but there website doesn't tell you that. I wrote again, and asked for a prepaid shipping label because I don't need 51 beads, I needed 70 that I originally ordered. Jamie tried to explain to me that they do not notify customers when they are out of stock because customers take their time responding back to Beadcorp. Really?? She further went on to tell me that I was just like other customers in my response time, which was not quick enough. It was only a few days. Most businesses give you 30 days for a dispute. And even though I didn't get my full order I am still expected to pay shipping and to eat the initial shipping charges. You will need ample amount of time if your order is wrong. They will assume it is your fault, and will not work with you. I had no choice but to work things out with paypal."

Good service until there was an item missing from my order.

"I had placed an order and was short an item. I contacted their customer service by email only as they do not answer the phone. I was very polite and explained that in all of the orders I'd placed I didn't have a problem but now there was an item missing and I wondered if there would be credit for that missing item or if they did indeed have it that I would be happy if they just send it. I was very rudely accused of lying about the order and was told they would check all of their cameras to see if it was placed in my package. I went back and forth with a few emails to them and told them that surely they would see that I have never filed a missing item before. Eventually after a few more emails they said they would send my request for a refund to their credit dept but I had to wait a week. Well, I'm still waiting. I had been a return customer but not any more. I've never had such communication with any customer service like them and hope to never again. They have had some good prices and products but now I've found better and not giving them any service again. They are dishonest. I used pay pal and I will see if I can report to them now."

Worst Customer Service Experience I've EVER had...

"I placed an order for 8mm beads with BeadCorp.com. They sent me two 8mm and two 6mm, which I initially took as packing error. I politely contacted them to rectify, to which they responded, rather absurdly, by saying that the discrepancies were due to the items being handmade and the problem being out of their control. I questioned that response, pointing out that the two 6mm items were perfectly formed and sized, as were the two 8mm items, and that their response made no sense. Still they did not acknowledge a basic packing mistake, but instead went back and forth several times with some nonsense about a new batch being sized differently. Anyone working with beads, knows size matters. 6mm is NOT the same as 8mm, and pricing for 6mm is LESS than 8MM. Not to them. Still, it was only after I informed them that i would be cancelling my account and no longer recommending them on my website and blog that they THEN apologized for their PACKING mistake, owned up to the HUMAN ERROR, and told me that they draw the line at me "Threatening," them, calling me "Unprofessional," and "Aggressive." All I can say, is it's just UNBELIEVABLE..I assure you, the others on this site who state that this company is nasty and retaliatory when merely asking them to correct their OWN mistakes are spot on! That being said, I have cancelled my account, and I will be writing a blog about customer service in general, and THIS company in particular. I will NOT be recommending them for obvious reasons, and I will then post the ENTIRE thread of emails for anyone who wishes to read it. I have a lot of faith in the human ability to read what transpired and decide for themselves if this is a company they wish to do business with. For me, the Three Pillars that hold up a Good Business Relationship are : Good Product, Good Value, and Good Service. This company's lack of number three, reduces the entire relationship to a crumbled heap of garbage, not worth the headache. Online shopping can be very tricky for both the buyer and seller. I for one am GLAD to give a great shout out for any company deserving, thus helping my fellow shoppers, but i feel just as obligated to warn others of those sites where they can get mired in an unnecessary battle with unprofessional and rude staff over the smallest, and easily, correctable errors. Consider yourselves warned..."

Watch out, they will retaliate!!!

"After a bad experience, incorrect product sent to me, a return at my expense, and a long drawn out effort to come to a solution, I posted a negative review of this company on a website. Several months later I attempted to give this company another shot and upon placing an order they cancelled my transaction, revoked rewards points I had earned from previous purchases and closed my permanently closed my account. I sent an email to ask for an explanation and they stated that they wouldn't do business with someone who would complain about a bad experience. Macy's, Amazon, Apple, and other successful companies would go out of business if they followed such juvenile business practices. I suggest you order from a company that doesn't mind being held accountable for their mistakes and poor customer service without attempting to punish a customer. "
