Terrible customer service

"Ordered product from walmart thinking I could return to walmart store. Attempted to return to store. They printed out a slip saying to call and beachmall will send you a free return label. I called twice and received a non english speaking employee who I could not understand and eventually they hung up on me. Then I received a message on my phone a few days later from JASON while I was on vacation saying to email him and he will give instructions to send back....came back from vacation emailed him and now reply was....sorry it has been longer than 30 days no returns at this point. He then agreed for me to ship back at my expense....well my expense would have cost more than the product.
Just awful. Be aware of ordering through walmart when there is a 3rd party involved and be aware of ordering from BEACHMALL at all

BeachMall. Horrible product, even worse customer service.

"WARNING: I bought an item from this company and it was used no more than 5 times. My wife just got up and the entire left side ripped down the line, along the seam. She is only 105 lbs. I requested a replacement and here is what they sent back. “Unfortunately your order is out of policy”. That’s it. That is how much they care about paying customers. That is how they treat you if you have an issue. Very disappointed and I will never purchase a BeachMall product again. Neither should you. Read online reviews before you purchase. You have been warned. "

"The beach chair Deluxe4 from Beachmall.com is deluxe by price only at $83, not by quality. It is very poorly constructed and is extremely uncomfortable. Seating area is too narrow, so you end up sitting on the metal frame, not on fabric, the seat back is too low, so there is no support for the head, and in some positions the canopy rests on your head, which even for a normal height person is very distracting.
Company has an extremely restrictive return policy. I would have to pay the $14 shipping cost for delivery of the chair to me and return shipping of $48 (UPS), which would be almost the cost of the chair, so you are trapped.
Additionally, by trying the product at home just a few times we discovered that the chair's construction is defective. First, the seating area fabric is stretching further and further. Second, the fabric on the back of the chair is moving down along the frame and there is no support for the back and head. In summary, the chair is so defective that it is completely unusable.
I sent request to the company to return the defective chair, but had no response from them for 2 weeks, so I called them. Customer Service representative was very rude, and refused to provide me with return shipping label. When I ask to connect me to the manager he told me "do not call again" and hung up the call.

"bought an ostrich 3-in-1 beach chair for my sister at Christmas.
she lives in MA so obviously couldn't use it until summer.
on the 3rd use, it broke.

contacted company, they said I'm outside the 90-day warranty so tough luck.
actual quote: "Walmart doesn't refund things after 30 days, why should we?"
I explained that the 90 days is irrelevant, she only used it THREE TIMES.
They didn't care.
When I persisted, I was told to "send an email in, maybe a manager will look at it."

and as a "gesture of goodwill" they said they'd give me 10% off a future order.
so in other words, after buying a $90 chair that broke on the 3rd use, they'll now allow me to buy another one for $80.

wow, that's some goodwill
