I tried a number of times but was unable to get a reply to the phone number listed on the website.
Havering Trading standards helped me get a refund after 17 days.

"I Ordered an Asus Laptop battery on Apr 29th, it arrived on 10th May. I plugged it into my latop and found that it would not charge at all. I have been trying to RMA the product but the RMA procedure detailed at http://www.batterytrader.com/shipping.php does not provide you with the RMA form.
I have tried emailing and phoning about an RMA form but get no response. Now I am stuck with a dead battery which cost me £55.

"I am another in a long line of customers it would seem who have never received their product and are unable to get through to these people. Have been chasing an order placed on 1 Feb and got a couple of emails saying delivery had been delayed but nothing since the end of Feb. Have tried to cancel the order and sent several emails but not received any response nor been reimbursed yet (28 April). The do not answer their phones either - complete charlatans!"
"Dreadful company; took the money from the bank account on the next day. Responded only when I queried delivery a week later to say that battery was out of stock and now sent for dispatch. Subsequently will not respond to emails and the phone line appears to be disconnected.
As I bought this on a debit card I'm probably insured. However have written to Trading Standards."

"Looks like a trend of cheating people. I too ordered a drill battery. After they had taken the money, which they should not have done, they told me they had none in stock. I cancelled the order and asked for a refund I got the same answer as the other people who have been cheated and that is they were chasing their accounts for the refund. They now have trading standards after them and I will be passing this on to the BBC CONSUMER PROGRAM.
