****-like CROOKS.

"They owe me a refund of $242.19. It’s been almost TWO months since I paid 60$ to return the candles, that were not as described in the website. BBB is involved, along with others. Person who does the emailing is short and rude. And no one ever answers the phone, so forget that. They’re too ”swamped with refunds” to refund me in a timely manner but they sure as hell have the time to send out emails all the time, talking about their dogs & what not (Those poor dogs, btw)."

They don’t back their product

"I bought a taper w/timer, and for one candle, it was expensive. After putting in a new battery and lighting the candle I found that the timer didn’t work. I put in another new battery and the timer still didn’t work. I called the customer service number and told her my problem. The woman told me there wasn’t much she could do about it, but she would check to see if I could return it and they would give me a “discount” on a new one. I’ve previously purchased tealights w/timers and so far they have worked correctly. I would like to purchase additional ones but am hesitant because they aren’t customer friendly."

AWFUL EXPERIENCE

"If I could give zero stars I would. Their product was sub par and then when I returned, they didn't credit my card back the amount. I called 2 months later after receiving my credit card statement and they said they never received the return. I called UPS and they said it arrived 3 days after I sent it and was signed by one of their guys in the returns processing center. They said they would look into it and I never heard back. They also made me pay for shipping to return it ($40). Bottom line...they are more interested in taking your money than providing a good product. In the age of online purchasing...businesses should make it easy to purchase and return if you are not happy with the product. This company needs some new policies for 2017 or else they are going to get surpassed by other companies doing the same thing with better customer service!"

Ighted canvas art picture in December and apparently the switch was defective. They checked a replacement picture before sending it. I was extremely happy with the customer service

"Customer Service was amazingly rude. I called because after 5 days I had not received a shipment confirmation and no update was available online. When the person answered the phone, he was terse, no hello or goodbye, set down the phone without letting me know he was "putting me on hold." He let me know that my order had been on backorder, just came in, and would be shipped in the next day or so. I have now received shipping confirmation. I would not order again--I cannot imagine if I had actually had an issue how it would have been resolved if this is how they handle a basic inquiry."

"I'm having a very difficult time obtaining any information regarding my order from this company. I placed the order online early Friday morning (10/15) and then called the company late Friday afternoon to inquire about the timeframe for shipping items ordered online. I was told by customer service that the item would ship on Monday 10/18 and should arrive by Wed or Thurs. I called back on Monday 10/18 because I didn't receive shipping notification and was told they had a lot of orders for this item and were trying to get to them as fast as they could. I called back on Tuesday 10/19 for a status update since I didn't receive shipping notification and was told this order would probably go out that day. I called first thing Wednesday 10/20 for a status update since I didn't recieve shipping notification and was told again that they are trying to ship the items as fast as they can. I can understand they are busy, but the company should be able to determine if my order has shipped or not. They said it probably has shipped but couldn't provide any shipping details. I was told to call back again later Wednesday and they could provide a better status at that time. Even if the item ships on 10/20 (which I highly doubt it will), it takes 3 shipping days so it won't be received until Monday 10/25 at the earliest. I had no idea that it could take 10 days to receive an order from this company. They told me they normally ship items the next business day so I can't understand what happened to my order and why the company can't give me the order status. It is very disappointing service and I probably won't order from this company again. If there was going to be a delay of a holiday item then it should have been noted at the time of purchase. Holiday decorations that are received less than a week before the holiday are hardly worth ordering, let alone the ridiculously high shipping amount that the company charges for the slow processing and shipping ($11.45 for regular ground shipping on a lightweight item). I'll update this review if I ever receive the item."

"I WAS SENT THE WRONG ITEM ON THE ORDER 3 DAYS PRIOR TO THIS ONE. HOWEVER, BECAUSE I WANTED THESE CANDLES, THAT WERE SUPPOSED TO HAVE TIMERS, FOR CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEARS ESPECIALLY, I WENT AHEAD A ORDERED AND PAID FOR THEM ONCE AGAIN, TRUSTING THE COMPANY TO CREDIT ME FOR THE ORIGINAL ORDER, S&h, & RETURN S&H. WHEN I RECEIVED 2ND ORDER, 3 OF 5 CANDLES DIDN'T WORK. I THEN RETURNED ORIGINAL ORDER AND DEFECTIVE ONES FROM 2ND ORDER. (had been emailing company about problems entire time, but they never responded.)
NEVER RECEIVED REPLY AFTER RETURNING ITEMS, EITHER. WHEN I CALLED, THEY FINALLY LOOKED FOR MY RETURN. (did it sit on shelf until i called, even though all necessary documents/data were included?)MY REFUND (FINALLY!) DID NOT INCLUDE THE OVER $7 THEY HAD RIDICULOUSLY CHARGED FOR ORIGINAL SHIPPING, NOR THE $4.50 (A FAIR SHIP COST)I SPENT TO RETURN THE ORIGINAL ITEMS PLUS THE 3 DEFECTIVES. (THEIR SHIPPING COST WAS TWICE AS MUCH AS WHAT IT COST ME TO RETURN THE SAME THING, PLUS 3 MORE!) WHEN I CALLED, RUDE WOMAN HUNG UP ON ME AS SOON AS I SAID I HADN'T RECEIVED PROPER CREDIT. CALLED BACK, AND RUDE MAN WHO SAID HE WAS OWNER, WAS HORRIBLE, BELLIGERANT, AND DIDN'T ANSWER ABOUT NOT REFUNDING THE 2 S&H'S. INSTEAD, HE SAID "I SEE WHERE YOU ALWAYS CAUSE PROBLEMS WHEN YOU ORDER THINGS." (COULDN'T BELIEVE HIS LYING WORDS!) THEN I SAID "WHO? WHICH COMPANIES? TELL ME". ALL HE KEPT SAYING WAS AN INTELLIGENT "UM HUM." HE COULDN'T TELL ME BECAUSE HE WAS LYING! HE FINISHED IT OFF BY HANGING UP ON ME. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED... EMPLOYEES AND OWNERS WHO ACT LIKE CRUDE, IGNORANT CREATURES; RETURNS THAT ARE IGNORED BY THE COMPANY; AND DEFECTIVE ITEMS THAT CONTAIN "SHOT" BATTERIES THAT ONE SHOULDN'T HAVE TO BE REPLACED FOR YEARS. (lithium batteries or something similar,and the battery was an expensive part of the purchase-- but they put in used up batteries!) TERRIBLE PEOPLE. BUY PRODUCTS ELSEWHERE!
