"Delivery was just fine. Put the battery in to find out that it doesn’t have charge. I checked my wiring to make sure I wasn’t shorting anywhere. I also removed the battery and checked to see if there was any arcing when I attached jumper cables to the poles. No avail. "

"Estimated delivery date was wrong, then asked Arlyn (needs a job that is not in customer services) in Chat about it, said that "below the battery I bought it says 4 to 8 business days for shipment and that it shipped directly from manufacturing partner'. It did say 4 to 8 business days but did not say that it may be delayed because of shipping partners. I ordered my battery on April 23rd and received it May 23rd. The worse part is I paid extra for express service and when it finally mailed it was sent regular mail. What gets worse is when I finally got the battery it was not as pictured. The battery I ordered had the phone antenna and what I got did not. I ordered it specifically to match the phone I have. I will now have to order it elsewhere. I will never order anything from them again, either as an individual or with business. "
