"I got a little worried when I noticed the sum of my order was charged BEFORE shipping. With reliable sellers this would be unheard of. After a month of waiting I sent an e-mail requesting an update. The reply was timely:
*My apologies. I will bring this to the attention of the purchasing agent immediately. I should have an ETA on your battery being shipped to you by Tuesday.*
The following Tuesday came and went. After two weeks I requested a refund and am posting this review. I do not expect a good result.
Update--> I was contacted as expected and my refund was applied promptly. I've upgraded my review to be fair. In the end the communication was poor considering I was pre-billed but once I pressed the matter it was resolved.

"Placed an order on December 30th. Did not receive a confirming email, but they took the money out of my account immediately. Did not hear from them for 3 weeks, then I called, they claimed it was on backorder. Waited 2 more weeks, they claimed it was discontinued. Still waiting to just get my money back. "

"So far not so good. I place and order June 3 through Paypal. Have not received one email from them confirming the order. Have tried contacting them 3 times now with no response. Today is June 16. I will not be shopping with them again simply because of the slow and or no customer service. So far one (1) star unless things change. "

"Same story. I placed an order for a charger on Aug 7, 2012. They kindly reached out to me to verify the battery that I would be charging with it, meanwhile they already went ahead and processed the PayPal charge to my credit card. They informed me that they were out of stock for two weeks and gave the option of cancelling the order, which I accepted. On Aug 8, Jason Bair replied with "I will submit the order for refund today. We apologize for the inconvenience." However 4 weeks have gone by and numerous emails requesting an update and there has been no credit processed and not a single reply to my emails. Terrible customer service. "

"Caution- if you paid this company by paypal you must file a claim within 45 days of the transaction. I'm another customer they tried to screw, Avoid at all costs.Never recieved my product.they promised a refund and that never happened.
I have zero tolerance when it comes to scams, and I am entering legal action against this company.

"I was so discusted with this co. I ordered a Makita 18volt replacement battery and got the same story as nearly everyone else here. I won't bore you with the details. I can however tell you that I paid for the battery online on Dec. 2, 2011 it was taken from my acct. on Dec. 5, 2011 and it wasnt until fEB. 21, 2011, (after I filed a complaint with the BBB in Apopka, FL. where they are based), that I got my money credited back through PayPal. THAT IS 77 DAYS FROM THE TIME THEY TOOK MY MONEY TO THE TIME I GOT MY MONEY BACK!!!! The transfer cost me something like $2.00. But after about 2 1/2 months of crap from these guys I just wanted to move on. NEVER AGAIN!
This Co. sucks all of the "NICE" out of a person. I cannot put in print what I would like to have done to them with my boots.

"Don't purchase anything from this company/con-artist. I purchased 12-15-2011 and was told twice it was on "back order" and the third time, "Bill O’Toole " / "Randy Wolf" didn't respond back. I will be requesting a charge back and a complaint to the BBB, Paypal and internet fraud.

I hate dealing with scum.

"Got the same run around as other folks commenting. Ordered a battery October 9th, no email to indicate it was on back order, but had charged my credit card. After 5 weeks sent an email indicating I never received my battery and they let me know it was on back order, still?, and would ship by weeks end. Another month goes by and I called talked to a very nice person who said the batteries were arriving that day and she would personally see my order was shipped...even called me back to say it was boxed and out the door. Never arrived, three weeks later called again and they mentioned that these batteries that had arrived were not acceptable and shipped back to the manufacturer but WAIT! the new shipment is due in 10-14 days and will ship then. I have asked for a refund however the guy, Mark, is on vacation today so it will process tomorrow and it'll take 5-7 business days to show. Time will tell and I'll contact the BBB. I would never buy from these guys if you expect a battery in a timely fashion."

"Ordered 2 12V tool batteries and paid with Paypal. Received an email that the item was out of stock and would be shipped within 10 to 14 working days. Emailed an inquiry after 38 days asking if the batteries had been shipped. No reply. Notified Paypal and got my money back. Cheap is not cheap if service is nonexistent.

"I had a truly awful, long (4 months!) experience trying to order a single battery from the Battery Bank. I had to call around 10 times, and in the end, never got my battery, nor all my money back. They kept giving me a run-around. First they tell me that it will take 10-14 days to get my battery. Four weeks later, I write asking where it is. They say they shipped it, but they send me the WRONG battery. Then it took me several emails and calls to get them to send me a return shipping label. Then, after weeks, I can ship it back and wait for a replacement, which never comes. When I never got the part, I called again only to find out again that it was "back ordered" and they didn't know for how long! Finally, after 3 months of waiting for my part, I asked to cancel my order. That was another ordeal. It took me 5 phone calls and a month later before I got SOME of my money back. In the meantime, I heard every excuse "Oh I thought they processes that." "Oh I'll do it myself" "oh so-and-so has gone home. I'll get back to you tomorrow" etc. Eventually, four months from the start, I get some money reimbursed, but THEY CHARGED ME FOR THEIR MISTAKE OF SHIPPING ME THE WRONG PART! Overall, this was by far the worst customer experience I have had. After 4 months and hours of my time wasted, I end up with no battery and am charged for their mistakes. Never again!"

"Battery Bank promises same day shipping with email confirmation within the amazon ad. This was misleading. Nine(9) days later, still no battery shipment. When I tried to inquire, it took 4 days to email me back only for him to mix me up with another customer's order - when I replied about that, no response. For someone who claims to be in business from the 1970's, it is hard to believe such poor customer service. They were sure speedy in charging my credit card although, for which I had to dispute the charges. Don't make the mistake I did and buy from this lousy company."
