"Two days after ordering a camcorder battery, they sent me a back-order email stating it would not ship out for two weeks. The day after that they sent another back-order email extending the back-order an additional five days. Two days later they sent ANOTHER back-order email extending the ship date almost a month from when I made the purchase.
At that point I emailed to cancel my order. They never replied back. I called and left a message at the number on their website but never received a call back. A few days ago they sent me yet another back-order email that said it wouldn't ship out until March 25th and there was no mention of my attempts to cancel the order. However, I just canceled the charge with PayPal (the status was still 'pending', so it wasn't an issue).
I will definitely not be making another purchase here and would recommend caution for anyone else who is lured in by the lower prices. Pay the extra $10 or so an get your product from a reliable seller."
"Their "Same day shipping" offer is a gimmick.
I placed an order on 24th March. Before that I called them to make sure the battery was really in stock. The sales rep didnt even take a moment to verify the availability. She confirmed availiability in a split second. The battery I ordered was for a very old Sharp Viewcam. I was surprised that it was in stock.
After few hours of placing the order I called them to make sure it was shipped. The sales rep said it was, and they had emailed me the details ( which i never received). When I asked for a tracking number, I was told that it was shipped via USPS and they dont provide a trk num.
I had to call them couple of times again and send couple of emails to receive a confirmation.
Finally when I received the package 9 business days later, the shipment date was stamped as March 28th. Which is actually 4 days from my order date.
I could have ordered this battery from other online stores for a lesser price. But I chose this store for their same day shipping promise. Which they never kept.
