"Ordering went fine except it was difficult to find the page for connectors. Payment was relatively simple and seemed secure. Tracking the order was lousy. Until the morning the package arrived the UPS tracking still showed that UPS did not have possession of the package. If I had not checked early on 3/16/11 and discovered that all of a sudden UPS did have the package and it would be delivered that day, I would have missed the delivery. Also Batteryspace had no way that I could find to check on the status of the order except for UPS tracking. Something must be wrong between Batteryspace and UPS because I have never had this problem witn UPS tarcking before and I do a fair amou8nt of remote shopping."

"My initial purchase of an electric bicycle conversion kit was made after testing both Bionx and E-Bike Kits. I commuted with the Bionx for three out of five days, traveling 17 miles one-way with a few good climbs along the way. I determined that the battery from Batteryspace.com was so much more powerful and the throttle was a lot easier to use. I recently purchased an additional charger so that I can keep on at the office. I had my local bike mechanic replace the fork on my mt. bike and he put a safety clip on either side of the drop outs to secure the motor. The bike is fast and makes climbing the hills so much easier. Charging takes about 3 hours to complete. The product is well worth the investment and I know that the company will be around when I need them and shipped is quick. Lastly, my battery has been indoors for the winter and I am amazed how well it is holding a charge.
