"This selection and others are clearly displayed in Orange Print, but most do not do what they are supposed to, but the most important selection for me and I'm sure many others was-Change quantities / cancel orders.
I pushed the place my order button and waited a couple minutes, but nothing. I know that pushing a button like that more than once causes problems. But after waiting that long I pushed it again and the order went through. I decided to immediately check my account and sure enough, two identical orders were showing. This would not be a problem if your website worked as it should without excuses. If the-Change quantities / cancel orders selection worked, as it should and as it works on Amazon and many, many other reputable sites, I would not have had any problem. This has been very frustrating and shouldn't have been. All selections on your website should work without lame excuses.
