I had ordered 3 batterys and Sean called to make sure that I hadn't acidently entered 3 rather than 2. That was above expected verification, but I had in fact ordered 3. It would have been an expense if it was an error on my part. The delivery was USPS Priority and took a week but the delay was all the postal service and NOT BATTPRO's problem. Tracking revealed that the shipment was slowed in Omiha and again in Kansas City for 3 days inclusive. I just installed the first battery and began charging about 30 min's ago and it appears to be charging as expected. My vhat is off to BATTPRO and Sean for outstanding service. Thanks... W. J

"Avoid if you need product promptly. I ordered battery and charger 7-11-12 and paid for USPS expedite. The battery arrived 7-14-12 but no charger. Called company next business day (7-16-12) and was told charger was shipped separately. Way separate apparently - tracking number indicates it was not shipped until the day I called (7-16) and according to USPS tracking website is still somewhere in NJ."
