Four Years of Evasion...

"I purchased a battery for my MacBook on August 22, 2012.
They sent the wrong battery in the mail.
After informing that they sent the wrong battery, they mentioned the battery I wanted to have was out of stock.
Here is the transcript:

"Dear ---,
Thank you for providing the part number. Unfortunately we are out of stock on this battery and we are not able to send you a compatible battery at this time. We will provide you with the return instructions within 24 hours so you can send this battery back for a refund.
Kind regards,
BattPros.com
1-***-***-****"

Then I receieved:

"Dear ---,
You may return the product in its original condition and packaging to the following address and we will be able to issue a refund in your account:
Shipping Department
RMA HF######
1980 US HWY 1, Building 3
North Brunswick, NJ 08902
Please make sure to write "RMA HF###### [number withheld here]" on the package you are returning. Packages received with no RMA number written on them may be delayed in processing or returned to sender.

I sent the package with delivery confirmation. They evaded answering my calls and emails for ~6 months. Finally, I got a guy named Sean. Here is my followup message, sent on April 5, 2013:

"Hi Sean,
We spoke earlier this week about an item I ordered, but received the incorrect product.
The item was shipped back with the promise of a refund, but none was credited to my account or mailed to me.
When we spoke on Tuesday you mentioned the item had not been received.
Here is the confirmation number of the 14.50 oz package: #### (number removed).
It arrived at 10:15 am on October 15, 2012 in New Brunswick, NJ and delivery was completed.
I also have a copy of the USPS receipt, as well as pictures of the unopened bag and the original box with the appropriate information labeled. I took the liberty of including a printed edition of the string of emails below in the box with the incorrect battery.
Please advice and resolve as quickly as possible. This refund is long overdue."

No response from Batt Pros in over three years since then... They won't answer phone calls, won't respond to emails. They still owe me $58.50...

"Well, they were a little slow out of the gate. However, I did receive it on Saturday the 15th. Though the battery does snap in to it's slot, it is a slightly different case - it has NO rubber foot like the original batt. has. This prevents the computer from sitting flat, on four rubber feet, like it should. So I'm going to have to improvise something such as a glued on piece of rubber material to keep the computer level. So I'll give `em 4 stars."
