Scammers, unfortunately, but karma will get them right after I do!

"Funny that my order status now leads to a broken link. Earlier it led to something saying my order had shipped. Yeah, and my mother is the Queen of England. I will now put in a dispute with my bank and will have their charge removed. I can only hope that they do enough to go after the pigs of the earth who live to take advantage of innocent people."

Stay away !

"This was by far the worst buying experience from a uk co I’ve ever in my life experienced! The order never got delivered - never till this day knkw what happened and waiting for my refund at this time. Stay away ! "

CALL CONSUMER PROTECTION - AND THE POLICE

"This is a company of shysters and liars.
On 2 Dec I placed an order for a Christmas present for my Wife, making sure that its cost exceeded the minimum spend for their offer of a FREE Beauty Bag. On chasing up delivery on 17 Dec they told me that the parcel had been despatched on 3 Dec but that they had no tracking facility. It further emerged that their delivery-slip indicated that the FREE Beauty Bag had not been included. When tackled about this they said it was an oversight and promised that the missing item would be posted as a second parcel that day.
On 24 Dec, neither parcel having arrived, they claimed that they must have "gone astray in the post" (two of them!) and that they would start an investigation and let me know, meanwhile promising that the payment they had taken from my credit-card would be refunded "within the next 2-3 days".
Several emails later, on 21 January with still no sign of either the first or second parcel AND no trace of any refund, I threatened them with the Consumer Protection authorities and, if all else failed, the laying of a formal complaint against them with the Police.
After offering a lame excuse as to why they hadn't issued the refund, they have again promised to do so today.
THIS COMPANY IS UNTRUSTWORTHY AND DISHONEST.

Horrible service!!

"Bath and Unwind's service is horrible. And I am not the only one who feels this way there are dozens of people across several websites complaining about Bath and Unwinds horrible service. My Order 1456487

Today is November 26th 2016 my original order was placed at the end of September! I too inquired after several weeks of not receiving my order to be told that several items were back ordered so they were holding the entire shipment they then indicated that they would ship the items without the item that they were waiting on. Needless to say I never received anything. Then in late October I expressed to them my concern that I had still not received my package and that I was about to move to a different address. They yet again assured me that my package was about to ship and that they would send it to my new address, which I provided them. I never received the package. How can this website still be in business this is absolutely atrocious service how can they think that this is ok? I will never ever ever use them again....EVER!!

I will tell as many people as I can find never to use your website.
