"I bought two vanities, three faucets, a travertine top and three drains. I thought I had gotten a good deal until I had to return to the store 4 times, I had no functioning mounting hardware for the faucets, one faucet was broken, one drain was damaged, three out of four of the furniture feet for one vanity were damaged and the sink was warped, and last the travertine top was miss measured and cracked during installation. It was very hare to talk to people by phone at either the Denver or Co Springs store. My project was more than three weeks behind. I was given a lot of discounts for my "trouble" and now I know why. I will not use this Company again. "
"My wife and I bought a house that needed to be completely remodeled. We gutted the entire house including the 4 bathrooms. We ordered vanities and toilets at Lowes. We went to Bath & Granite 4 Less to look at their tile for our kitchen counter.
The next day we returned all 4 vanities and toilets we got at Lowes. The selection and prices for bathroom products is infinitely better at this store than the big box stores.
I saw a few complaints on this site but I really can't say I relate to any of them. We ordered vanities, toilets, faucets, shower glass, mosaic tile, and accessory kits. Our invoice was 3 pages long - the order was huge. There were plenty of opportunities for screwups / mistakes. They delivered everything on time and it all looked great. It's been installed for about 2 months now and everything still looks just as great.
We returned some of the mosaic tile a couple weeks after their return policy allowed and they happily accepted it.
It was top notch from start to finish - 5 stars. "
"I've done about a dozen bathrooms with products from Bath & Granite 4 Less.
Are they perfect? No. Is any of my suppliers perfect? No.
The few times we've had issues, they were immediately resolved.
They have the best prices and selection when it comes to vanities and vanity tops - period. I send a lot of clients there. After reading a couple of the reviews on this site, I wouldn't be surprised if one or two came from competitors."
"My husband and I bought about $2000 worth of vanities, faucets, and mirrors from them and had the exact opposite experience of the reviewer below. I had my plumber go with me to the store when I chose things and had him look at the faucets to make sure everything was standard and he okayed them.
The service was great, they really guided us to buying what I think ended up being best for us. The cost was about half of what I was getting at Home Depot's design center.
My plumber, general contractor, and I all agree that the quality is quite nice. I really do recommend them for bathroom remodeling. "
"I had the BEST intention of helping out the small business and getting a good deal in this economy only to my great disappointment!
We spend over $1300 in granite tops, faucets, drains, backsplash etc only to discover one by one that everything they sell is CHEAP AND USELESS.
1. One of the granite tops cracked without even being moved, I am serious and would not badmouth if I had done something to break it but our contractor was my witness. Had a VERY HARD TIME dealing with the guys in terms of replacement and was told that I could have dropped it and cracked it. Had to buy another one at 1/2 price after one day of arguments.
2. The faucets we got ARE NOT AMERICAN STANDARD FITTING, therefore there is no way you could have them installed on plumbing and sikns made in the US. CHEAP, CHEAP, CHEAP
3. We got out of 4 faucets 3 different connections and plumbing lines and NEITHER worked. Our plumber said he has never seen anything like this.
4. The backsplash for one of the countertops was cut 1/4 of an inch shorter, how hard can it be to measure 55"?
Overall, This place is nothing but a RIP OFF and I would recommend for you to NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY THERE!"
"We bought two monicker vanities. They were in stock and cheap. They prefer payment by check which is unusual but the product and price was better than anywhere else so whatever.
I flip a few houses a year and remodel at least one bathroom in each house. I wish I found them before i did the last project. "

"Beware- they will not honor their own written estimate. They attempted to charge an additional $75 on a vanity and when confronted with their own written quote, they became defensive and rude. It seemed to me that they have run this scam before."

This store was great. I went to another store called world of tile before I went there and got quoted $1200 more than what it cost me at Bath & Granite 4 Less.
I expected to order a countertop and wait a month for it to get in. I walked in their showroom with a hand drawn sketch of my kitchen and picked out a few different colors. The sales person gave me a total price including sales tax (no surprises at the end) within about 10 minutes for each color.
They had all 3 of the colors I wanted in stock. Instead of waiting 3-4 weeks, I literally walked out of the store within 45 minutes with the granite.
I'll be coming back when I remodel my bathrooms next. "
