"This store has the best service out there. I have ordered fishing poles,lures,baits,waders,line,terminal tackle etc. and have always had prompt delivery. Easy to order items on the website. I even had to send back a combo I didn't like (they have a 30 day MBG on all purchases less S&H) and had no problems getting a refund. They sent a letter in the mail detailing what was returned and how much was credited and the date, which was the full amount less S&H.
To sum it up, excellent site and worry free ordering, good customer service and products, and have good deals too like stretch pay :).

"Sore had up sale signage early - nothing rang up at prices that were indicated on signage. When I approached them, they say nothing wrong with this practice and refused to honor Michigan's "scanning error" law that allows up to $5 per scanning error in refund. The store manager actually said that she saw nothing wrong with putting up in store sale advertisements early. I have subsequently reported the company to the Michigan Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau. I am working with local television news stations to publicize their unethical practices. While this company certainly has a nice selection, please do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere or bring a calculator if you must buy there."

Well I got it wednesday.... So maybe next time I will go for a faster shipping option....
