No delivery, no refund, no return call, text or email! If ZERO Stars was an option, that would be my rating....

"On 2/27/2023 I stumbled onto this website by mistake and boy was it a mistake.... My order for over a $100 with a delivery method of 2 day FedEx Air still hasn't arrived. Nine days later still no delivery!!! I ordered stuff for my son to wear in his high school baseball pictures which were yesterday. So disappointing!
However, they're good at making empty promises and hanging up on customers. I never even raised my voice, let alone used a cuss word and I've been hung up on 4 times with a total of 7 calls to customer service(ha) BTW I'm still waiting a return call.

You will never get your order

"I ordered Sunday 1/29/23 and paid for expedited shipping. Per their website it should have shipped Monday. On Wednesday I had to contact them and they supposedly overnighted the package. It’s now almost Sunday 2/5/23 and no package. Fed ex has no idea when it will get to me, they can’t seem to locate it.
This company has the worst luck with fed funds as all these reviews say the same thing, though it seems very shady. They now want to wait 5 days to either refund or send another item. You don’t have the money to refund or send now and then provide a return label or contact fed ex and re route package? You’ve stolen $100 from me essentially.

Shady Company

"Ordered a bat that was showing as in-stock on their site. After 2.5 weeks I find out the item is back ordered (I had to call them to figure this out). Additionally, they debited my credit card on 3 SEPARATE OCCASIONS! I got charged 3 times for a product they can’t deliver! Beyond a hassle going back and forth with their **** poor customer service only to be informed that the money I shouldn’t have been charged in the first place won’t be refunded for 5 business days. To date I still don’t have a refund and am considering requesting dispute with credit card. Joke of a company"

Order goes thru, then gets cancelled days later

"For the second time in 3 months, I've attempted to place an order only to have it cancelled a couple days later as I'm expecting it to be shipping out. The e-mail looks like a shipping confirmation, then you read more carefully and see that each of your items ordered has been cancelled for no apparent reason. It's absolutely nonsense and very frustrating to not find out things aren't going to show up for days, then a week later have to reorder from somewhere else!!"

Go Somewhere Else...Bad Service, Sloooow Shipping, Empty Promises

"This is my second purchase from Baseball Savings. The first time, the bat bag arrived late. This time, the wood bat arrived defective--a diamond-shaped piece was cut out of the bat's handle. Very strange. I was told a new one would be expedited to me and arrive 2 days later (on Friday). It didn't arrive. I called again and was told the order was on hold and she "released it" for Monday delivery. Come Monday, the status of the order still cites "not shipped". I called to speak to a manager and was told to leave a message and she would call me back; they never called me back. This is a horrible company full of liars who make empty promises, but they're really good about taking your money. Go elsewhere to buy your products. Shame on me for giving them a second chance! Don't make the same mistake I did."

"This company kept delaying my order. Had to finally find a bat locally since season had already started. This company didn't bother to call or email me when a new delay was implemented. It was up to me to contact them....to get more bad news. Buy a bat in stock or go elsewhere."

DO NOT ORDER FROM BASEBALL SAVINGS!!!!

"Absolutely horrible! Placed an order for BP pullovers for our softball team. Price was marked $17.95. $17.95 x 17 = $305.15. They charged our account for $390.15. When I called they said that by the time the order had been processed the price had gone up to $22.95. The guy on the phone said not to worry and that they would credit the card back $85. He didn’t. He instead charged the account $305.15. We called again. We were then told that it was just a pending charge that would fall off. It didn’t. The $305.15 fell off and the $390.15 stayed. Called again. This time we were told that they forgot to process the credit. They finally credited us back $62 NOT the $85. Ordered arrived and we were short one jacket. Called again. Not to worry, it’s just on back order and they are working on the credit. Today, the account was charged another $22.95. Why? Because they are shipping us the last jacket. Called again. Why are we being charged again for a jacket we already over paid for. Their answer, all we can do is cancel the order and refund you the $22.95. I asked to speak with a manager or supervisor and was told that he had gone to the warehouse and that they couldn’t let me be on hold any longer because they have to answer the phone for other customers. I am beyond ****! "

Do Not Order From Baseball Savings

"The worst customer service there is. There sizes were not marked properly. Called to get a return label and Never recieved it via email. Called the next week after waiting, because they NEVER emailed the label to me and NOW they wont return them. There fault and both expenses, so i am out 60.00. Never Ever will I oder from them. Also only half my oder was shipped, had to wait for the rest of order to be delivered, wanted to make a one time return. So they say its my FAULT. Unbelievable!"

Backorder

"I purchased 3 items for my son and to get 2 day guaranteed shipping, I added a 4th item. I received a confirmation right after placing order that all items were in inventory. Next day, I again received email stating items were "processing". The day of shipment, I received an email that 2 of the items were on back-order. I overpaid on the item just for the 2 day free shipping. I sent an email to customer service, and now I have not heard anything back.

If I would have known that, I would have placed my order somewhere else. With all the other available options like Amazon, why bother to shop here?

shipping nightmare

"I ordered softball pants, my daughter needed that Saturday. I attempted two other orders with different retailers and every time I received something was wrong, I went to baseball savings and order what I thought was a good price, and even paid extra for 2day shipping. Never received the pants, and as of this morning, it states that the shipping day is "pending" Will never ever do business with these guys again, they need to rethink their shipping company."

Pay to return defective items

"I bought a pair of Easton Mako catcher's leg protectors for my grandson for Christmas. At the second practice the broke lose of the seams holding it in place. I called Baseball Express and they informed me that I could return the item, but they would not replace them. They would only give me a refund. I had no problem with this. However, I was surprised to learn that they would be taking $5.95 off of my refund for handling."
