"These people are deceptive and unprofessional. FEB 10, I called before ordering and they told me to go ahead and complete my order online. I expected delivery as promised, but after a week and a half, there was still no package. I tried multiple times to contact them, but was ignored until I threatened to notify my credit card company and reverse charges. Finally got an email from Bill Barry who CLAIMED the problem was due to their supplier failing to deliver. I replied asking why they didn't mention this when I called and I was promised they would ship as soon as their shipment arrived on Feb 26, 2014 -- 3 weeks after I placed and pd 4 my order. It is clear to me now that these people dont really have anything in stock. They likely use a just-in-time system & order from their supplier as they receive orders. I wrote back and asked for compensation for the inconvenience. I was ignored for several days, then got a canned response that only repeated what they told me in a previous email and that ignored my complaints and request for compensation. It was followed with a notice of shipment from UPS, which indicated that I'd been lied to again, as the label was printed the day I sent the last email and 2 days AFTER they promised the last time. Worse yet, expected delivery date was shown as 9 or 10 days after promised... The SECOND TIME. This is almost 1 MONTH after they received payment. I have NEVER EVER encountered such poor and deceptive service as I have from Barry Farm Foods. Unfortunately, and very regrettably, I didn't look for any reviews before ordering. Stay away from this vendor, unless you don't mind being ignored and deceived and don’t mind when or if you get your purchase. I give these people a NEGATIVE 10 RATING. Horrible, horrible experience. I will never order from them again. I don't know how they stay in business. BUYER BEWARE!"

If your foolish enough to order from these losers make sure you call with there antiquated catalog page and no way to know if the item is out of stock or not"
