Suzi is one of the most rude unsupportive people in the industry

"The owner is extremely rude and only interested in "support" if you spend lots of money only on her products and subscribe to her way of looking at weight loss. Very unprofessional. A complete rip off that plays on people wanting to be healthy. Scam scam scam. I would NEVER recommend any product or program by this company. "

"This company seems to think bad quality product is your issue to fix. Some shakes taste chemically but they in no way take responsibility for this! They just tell you to add things to it to make it taste better! What garbage! Also rude Adminsitration on fb"

"I too placed an order and my account was charged right away in April of 2012. The item I ordered was in stock at the time, but as of today, I still haven't rec'd it. I even asked to send me something else in it's place and I didn't even get a reply to that. I have tried calling them, but they have made it very hard to contact them since you're not able to leave voicemail. They offer an email which I sent but no reply as of today. I tried to call again today and guess what, the number is temp not in service. Anyone have any ideas on how we can get our money back. It don't seem right that so many people have been cheated out of their money?"

"I have contacted BE since my order was placed March 24, 2012 for $72.00 and they took the money immediately and I have not yet received product or a refund that I requested via email as they do not answer their phones. I posted on their Facebook page and they blocked from their page as well as my email address. Their words are lies, beware of ordering products from this company. She said her web site and database went down and that they are trying to fill the orders, but why block a paying customer from your email and Facebook??"

"Ordered 80.94 worth of vitamins on march 3rd, May comes no product, then they cancel my order on May 16th and 1 month later still no refund and I cannot disspute with the bank because its been more than 90 day!!! Will not answer the phone or e-mails."

"Ohh, I am experiencing the same issues. Order then card charged then 2 months later no notice of product shortage. Poor customer service and now 1 month after fighting to get my order cancelled still no refund. I finally recieved an email back saying:

Dear Loyal BE Customer;


In eight years of online business, we have had a great reputation for quality and efficiency in filling your orders. At present, we are undergoing great changes, a new web platform, processing system and phone system to mention just a few. With this transition, we have experienced a few unexpected problems causing great delays in processing and shipping out orders. Many of these delayed orders have recently been shipped and many more are going out on a daily basis. I am truly sorry for the inconvenience this has caused and give my word that we will make good on your order via credit or shipment as soon as possible. BariatricEating is only going to be bigger and better than ever before! We appreciate and respect your loyalty.

Sounds like a basic send out to everyone type of lame email. Little do they know I will never order a thing from them again. I will also be getting with my bank to dispute the charge.

"After having ordered from this company for almost two years with no problem, something is just not right. On December 12th I placed an order for close to $400.00 for BE protein drinks. The person taking the order gave me an imprecise delivery date, as there were orders ahead of mine that needed to be filled first. As of 12/13, my credit card was charged, but I have still not received merchandise, and when I called I was told that a date certain for delivery could not be given. On 1/6/12 I asked for my money to be credited back to my account. I will look elsewhere. As of today, 1/10/12, the money has not been credited to my account, as I called my bank and asked them specifically if my account had been credited. Tomorrow I will go to my bank and file a formal complaint against BE to get my money back. I suggest anyone out there due product for a protracted period of time do the same. I have a bad feeling about what is going on."

"I have used their products and love them for over 5 years however in the past two months their customer service has become terrible. They now won't even answer their customer phone lines. I placed an order on December 4th to be shipped out by December 12th - my credit card was charged immediately and the product still has not even been shipped out. The few times I have gotten through on the phone all they say "we working as hard as we can" Now they post on their web sight they won't even address shipping phone calls. Two local merchants in this State had terrible problems also with their customer service and have now found alternative products. It seems to be consensus that the company is having financial problems and can't fulfill its commitments. They must have to take money from customers before they can get products released to ship out and the wait time is getting ridiculous. I hope to get this product shortly and then will not order from them again. I have found the manufacturer of their products and will by direct."

"I do love many of their products. They are well made and very easy to digest. HOWEVER, I have run into 3 shipping issues. The first was handled in a timely manner. The second was overlooked I think, but the 3rd I would consider Customer NO service. I will no longer be purchasing from this company for this reason. I purchased the product on Sept 13. The website indicated it was in stock. I purchased and my credit card was debited the $34. No email confirmation. I watched and waited, several days later the website noted the item was in Pre-order status. That date changed once again and finally, finally the item shipped on Oct 12th. Nearly 1 month later and I received no email, no phone call regarding my order. They had my money for a month and didn't bother to call me. I emailed and received no response. I asked for a refund, no response. Bad business in my estimation. I will not be purchasing from them again even though the product is superior. I just can't stand that kind of customer no service! "

"If you had any type of bariatric sugery, this site is for you. This website has many products that help you in your post sugery adventure. I have tried many of there products, and most of them are tasty. If you place an order by noon est, they ship it out that day."
