"I ordered an all-region Toshiba DVD player for $54, including tax and shipping, on Dec. 20 and received it on Monday, Jan. 4 via UPS. The player works great, the delivery, while not speedy, was reaonable considering the time of year (I did not order it as a gift, so the delivery date wasn't time-sensitive). The price was terrific (better than the same player on Amazon), and now I can play Region 2/PAL format DVDs from Great Britain as well as my American DVDs (Region 1). A week after I placed my online order, I called the number listed on Bargain Offer's website to check on whether my item had shipped and spoke to a human (no automated voicemail run-around) who told me the DVD would ship that evening. It did. I got a UPS tracking number that was valid and useful. I'm pleased and will do business with Bargain Offers again in the future, because I will never again purchase a DVD player again that cannot handle all DVD regional formats. Unfortunately, all-region DVD players seem to be available ONLY online. My local Best Buy doesn't carry them, nor does my local Radio Shack or any other local brick & mortar store I checked with. And I live in the Bay Area, where there are lots of electronics stores. So, my thanks to Bargain Offers!"
