"Avoid this company like the plague. I ordered a USB cable with software disc for our LG Sentio cell phones from Bargaincell in early Nov 11. The company delivered the cables without the software. I immediately notified the company and requested the software. I was given a website with software that my Microsoft security system indicated was unregistered and dangerous. LG advised that no additional software was required - it was part of the phone's firmware already. One of my phones has died after using the Bargaincell USB cable. I Nov, 2011, I requested a 50% refund from Bargaincell and filed a consumer complaint with the California Attorney General's office. Bargaincell has been sending daily nuisance e-mails to me for the past 2 months, however no response to my request for refund. These guys are bad news. I suggest other dissatisfied customers let the CA AG office know about this company's business practices."
