"Overall the product we received are quality products. The only hiccups were the pricing on the website did not make sense. We ordered the products expecting a date to be shipped. Only when we called to get a confirmation did we find out the whole order had been staled because of the pricing from the website. Barcodes Inc paid for the shipping to get our order to us in time. But half of the order still showed up 2 days later than we wanted."

The receipt printer shipped first and when I called to check on the shipping status of the cash drawer (which was luckily on back order), the customer service representative caught the error and forwarded the information to the web sales team. I was contacted the next morning and Barcodes Inc. returned the incorrect cash drawer, then updated the order with the correct cash drawer. "I purchased an Epson P60II thermal printer from Barcodes Inc. I attempted to order online and there was problem I couldn't get the free shipping option that was advertised. (I think issue with the website). So I called up and spoke with an Account Manager named Randy and helped me through this process, it took no time at all. He was so kind and extremely helpful! We received the printer in just a few days, very fast shipping. After trying to charge the machine I realized I needed an actual physical charger not the USB cord (which did not work at all). So I called up and spoke to Randy again he was again extremely helpful he got me set up with a wall charger (I received in just a few days). I felt a lot better knowing that I could return if there was an issue he said they would gladly take it back an issue me a new one! The prices are also extremely reasonable on many of their items. "We first contacted the company with questions, we received an email quote. We agreed to proceed. When part of our order did not arrive we called back to check and were told we didn't order this part. We had to re-order it but it was A LOT less than our quote. So we ordered it. We got it and then found out that the printer we ordered was the wrong one. Along with the software. We returned those. Now waiting on the replacement. Thomas has been a huge help in fixing these issues... but I can't say I have had so many issues in dealing with a company before. "
