"The sales person was very willing to work with me to get just the right product for my client. He shipped it directly to my client. They got it exactly when he said it would get there. My client loves it. The product was easy to setup and worked correctly the first time we attempted to set it up because it came with drivers on the CD along with instructions on the CD on how to install them."

"As Part of installing product came across what is probably a minor problem. Called for tech support. Nice person took my information including invoice number and said they have a specialist for that product and he would transfer me immediately. Went directly to this person's email explained problem explained I needed help and it is now a day away and no assistance or even acknowledgement!"

"I came across Barcode Planet searching the web for a supplier of replacement batteries for our Scanners. The salesperson took the time to view and explain the products which I was interested in. He explained the difference between the products for me to make the best decision for my purchase.
Once I received the product it was malfunctioning. I called and explained to Support agent at the time. We tried to troubleshoot the issue of not charging, to no avail.
They decided the product was defective and had me send back and they reissued replacements in a timely and professional manner.
I would suggest to any person this company is very professional and caring to a buyers needs.

"The products are fine, however the lack of infomation on the product is terrible. There is very little description and no pictures to see the product. The USB cables I bought ended up requiring a seperate power adapter, but was not advertised as needed, so after waiting 5 days for my cables, I had to purchase power adpters and pay a 2nd shipping charge and wait another 5 days. As handy as the Online chat is, maybe your representative might also have mentioned that the product required additional equipment."

"Our customer service interaction took roughly 7 days to complete. Initially, we were ill-informed about a product, and as a result had to wait an extra two weeks to be able to actually use the aforementioned product. On three separate occasions, our calls resulted in being on hold for over half an hour while the technicians attempted to resolve our issue. This was time consuming and costly in our overall work day. We spoke with three separate customer service technicians, none whom could seem to fix our issue. Our end result was having to pay over twenty five dollars for a simple power cord, which we were assured in the original conversation that we did not need. I am greatly disappointed in our transaction, and will NOT be working with BarCode Planet in the future. "
