"The products are fine, however the lack of infomation on the product is terrible. There is very little description and no pictures to see the product. The USB cables I bought ended up requiring a seperate power adapter, but was not advertised as needed, so after waiting 5 days for my cables, I had to purchase power adpters and pay a 2nd shipping charge and wait another 5 days. As handy as the Online chat is, maybe your representative might also have mentioned that the product required additional equipment."

Initially, we were ill-informed about a product, and as a result had to wait an extra two weeks to be able to actually use the aforementioned product. On three separate occasions, our calls resulted in being on hold for over half an hour while the technicians attempted to resolve our issue. This was time consuming and costly in our overall work day. We spoke with three separate customer service technicians, none whom could seem to fix our issue. Our end result was having to pay over twenty five dollars for a simple power cord, which we were assured in the original conversation that we did not need.
