"Barcode Discount had the make and model of label printer I was looking for, at a great price! However, the main reason that I ordered from Barcode Discount was because their website showed that the unit that I wanted to order would ship the same day. Unfortunately, this was not the case! In fact, the unit I ordered was not available at all, and I have been waiting over 2 weeks to receive my printer, and still do not have it! They did make arrangements to have my printer drop shipped directly from the manufacturer, however their website still shows this unit to be available to ship the same day. It seems like false advertising to state that something will ship the same day, when they really do not have the unit available to ship at all! So, now I have been without a label printer for over 2 weeks, and still have yet to receive my printer. I did get notice that it shipped, but have not been given a tracking number yet. Hopefully, I will receive my order before the end of the 3rd week! I do not think I will be ordering from Barcode Discount again.
