"After waiting for over 6 months, the chair finally arrived. THEY ARE MADE OF VINYL, NOT LEATHER and the frame is already starting to rust. Moreover, it is very poor quality vinyl that will stink up your whole house. To add insult to injury, they shipped two different colors. we wanted them both white and they shipped one white and and one ivory. Of course, they refused to take it back and I cannot do anything with my credit card company because the transaction is so old and they are in China. Chinese factory stopped answering emails and refuse to exchange or give me a refund. The low price lured me in, now I am regretting it. The vinyl chairs are still sitting in the sun being aired out, as we couldn’t take the chemical stench on the chair that they used for treating vinyl. Very disappointed."

"Over a year ago, I contacted a store on the Internet to buy replacement cushions for our Barcelona chairs. Based on my experience in communicating with the store, I never developed the "warm fuzzies" to have enough confidence to place the order. A friend told me to try www.prettystores.com and when I contacted them, I found them to be very responsive and they provided straight forward answers to all my questions. The cushions were delivered ahead of schedule in perfect shape. I have a pair of Barcelona chairs and one of the cushions did not exactly match the one from the second chair. I contacted the store and they very promptly sent a replacement with no questions asked and did not try to nickle-and-dime me for the shipping charges as some Internet order stores often do. I plan to buy from this store again and would not hesitate recommending it to friends."

"We love our Barcelona chairs! We were initially concerned making such a large purchase overseas but the customer service was excellent and our emails were responded to promptly, in spite of the time different. It took a little longer than expected to ship due to weather circumstances, however, once they were shipped, we received them VERY quickly! Barcelona chairs in brown leather, exactly what we wanted for an awesome price!"

"Ordered my barcelona chairs from them over 4 months ago and it finally arrived AFTER 4 MONTHS!!! And IT WAS DAMAGED!!! They refuse to take it back and I cannot dispute the transaction because the order was placed so long ago. RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They have no phone and no way to contact them. I fell into their trap. The broken chair is EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY. NOT REAL LEATHER, BAD SMELLING SYNTHETIC MATERIAL. I have lost hundreds of dollars and I have no recourse for refund or return because they are in China. DO NOT BUY FROM BarcelonaChairFactory.com"
