"I ordered 2 banners and they took the money and I never heard from them again. I waited 3 weeks then contacted them and asked what was going in since I never heard from them. They said they tried to contact me, had the right email and because I didn't answer they just printed my banners without approval. I was furious! They had my phone number! Never called! The rep told me “that's ok, we will redo it and send another one out” . They did the corrections and not only sent me another 2 banners but upgraded my order to a larger banner! "Bought 1 4' x8' cloth banner that was very good quality, could have used one more grommet so it does not sag even with bungie cords pulling on it. But very sharp image and nice quality cloth.
The pullup banner I bought with it is a different story, it does not roll down straight, the top connecting piece falls off, the side plastic pieces fall off. Image quality was good, it is just the stand is very cheaply made. The case it goes into for storage is very nice.
Will probably buy another cloth banner, will not be buying the pullup banners here anymore."

"When I finally opened the box to use the banner, I saw that the grommet in the lower right corner was only about 1/3 in the banner material. The entire hole was outside of the banner material. We are using the banner on the 4th of July in the local parade. I doubt that the grommet will hold during the parade.
It would be great if banner would be reprinted. Thank you."
