"This is the first "big ticket" item that I have ever purchased online. I called them first to ask about a promotional code (the young man that I spoke to was very nice), and then a few days later bit the bullet and ordered a DC25 Dyson Vacuum. I ordered it on Monday, I received a notice on Tuesday or Wednesday that it was out of stock and they were expecting more on Wednesday and I had the vacuum on Friday afternoon. WOW! A great price, no tax, no shipping and a vacuum within a few days. That's fantastic - I probably won't need another vacuum cleaner for a long time (at least I hope not), but I am looking to purchase some attachments so I definitely will be checking out Banks for those purchases. It really doesn't get any better than that, well maybe winning an iPad would rank right up there close.
