"I signed up with Bandvista as liked the look of their templates. I was working to a tight deadline so signed up for a paid site for the year £90 odd quid. After 6 hours of work, the attachment of the web domain was unavailable. There is no where to resolve this on the site. I called the helpine but no answer. Also found out that the helpline is in the USA! Not great for UK customers. I asked for a refund as had to go with WIX due to tight deadlines and received a rude email from a lady saying that I could not have a refund just because I was unhappy with the service. I have since had several unpleasant emails from them. My money and time has been a complete write off!"
