The pair that I ordered ended up being a size too small. I was worried about the costs of exchanging them -- especially if the next size up turned out to be too big. I emailed the company and not only did they exchange them free of charge, they sent out the next pair before I could even return the first pair with the return address label they provided me. Great customer service and very cute shoes. I haven't worn them yet, so can't comment on comfort or durability. They do look well made."

"I placed my order and two days later I get an email that the item is not in stock. I chooses another one from the ones that were suggested to be in stock and a day later I get another email that the second choice was not in stock. I choose a third item and am told I will be refunded shipping 5.00 plus 10 percent. The item I paid for was 38.95 and the item i ended up with cost 31.98. The price difference between the shoes I ordered and the shipping alone I should have been refunded 11.97. I you were going to refund 10 percent off the shoes that should have been another 3.19. I only got back 8.90. The shoes are great but it does take some effort to get an item."

"I already owned a pair of ballasox and wanted some different colors. I was able to find a black pair and leopard pair on sale. The leopard pair is great but the black pair has been stitched wrong which causes the elastic to twist right over the top of my foot. This causes a pressure point on my foot. Bummer.
