"I have not received my order yet due to part of the order being on back order from the factory. I chose to have the entire order shipped as a whole. However that being said I still give Bakers Gas and Welding an A+++ on customer service alone! Upon making my order there was an item I needed that was not on their web site. I called customer service and spoke with Nikki. She looked up the item from the MFG and built a page on the website so I could select the item to order, all within a few hours! If everyone in this company is as nice, friendly, helpful and outgoing as Nikki in customer service then they have a great staff of employees! I know based on how I was treated over the phone that if there is a problem with my order I will be taken care of! Great online ordering experience! Way to pay it forward!
